Appointments are typically 35-60 minutes long. We want you to have plenty of time to talk about your situation, develop a personalized plan of action , and most of all release, relax, reset & revive! Payment is required for services at the time of booking and is non-refundable, if you need to reschedule, please do so no less than 24 hours.
